DAYTONA BEACH, FLA (April 5, 2025) – The ONE DAYTONA Art Festival returned today with a spectacular showcase of creativity, drawing in crowds from across the region for a full day of fine art, live performances, and immersive experiences.
Under sunny skies and surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of ONE DAYTONA, Saturday’s events featured a dynamic lineup of juried fine artists and skilled artisans presenting original paintings, sculptures, jewelry, photography, and mixed media works. Guests explored booths filled with stunning artwork while enjoying interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities.
One of the day’s standout moments was the Bob Ross Painting Workshop, where participants of all skill levels picked up their brushes and tapped into their inner artist, guided through serene landscapes in the iconic Ross style. The creative energy continued with additional workshops, including Crafting Charcuterie with Salt Beach Charcuterie and a Watercolor class with Janie Lew, both of which brought a fun, educational twist to the festival experience.
The mural competition kicked off with nine muralists—six professionals and three emerging student artists—beginning their large-scale masterpieces in front of live audiences. Festivalgoers marveled at the progress and creativity on display, with winners set to be announced Sunday.
As the day unfolded, guests were treated to captivating live art, including returning artist Paulo Jimenez, who began work on a new large-scale painting inspired by the natural world, and numerous live artists who added movement and immediacy to the festival’s atmosphere.
Sunday, April 6, promises even more can’t-miss experiences, including:
• Meet & Greet with world-renowned ceramic artist Roberto Lugo at Gallery500 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Lugo’s powerful fusion of traditional pottery and street art is a festival highlight.
• Live painting with Brandon Santiago at Gallery500 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., showcasing the work of this rising local artist.
• The finale of the mural competition, where audiences can watch the final touches and see which artists take home top honors and cash prizes.
• A show-stopping performance by Classern Quartet from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Victory Circle Stage, blending classical strings with modern rock and pop for a unique musical experience.
• Continued art displays, live demos, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to meet talented artists from across the region.
