Health-conscious food lovers will soon have a fresh new option with the arrival of Grain & Berry, a superfood cafe known for its açai bowls, smoothies, flatbreads, and wholesome fare. Opening in Q4 2025, Grain & Berry will bring a vibrant, wellness-focused energy to ONE DAYTONA, serving both locals and visitors looking for nutritious and flavorful offerings.
A beloved favorite at ONE DAYTONA, Tianos’ Cucina Italiana is opening a new concept next door that will offer wine, hot and cold sandwiches, homemade breads, Italian market goods, specialty meats and cheeses, as well as prepared dishes to go. Tiano’s Wine Bar and Deli grand opening is planned for Q4 2025.
Pink FRYDAY will also join the lifestyle and entertainment destination. The restaurant will offer Korean fried chicken, mochi and other items to create an innovative menu, lively atmosphere, and a one-of-a-kind dining experience. They’re expected to open in Q3 2026.
Adding to the destination’s appeal, the EDGE Collection at ICON One Daytona is now open, offering 129 upscale one and two bedroom residences ranging from 669 to 1,212 square feet. The six-story complex blends modern design with resort-style amenities, just steps from ONE DAYTONA’s entertainment, dining, and shopping. Residents will enjoy sleek interiors, advanced technology, and a prime location near Daytona’s best attractions.
