Grain & Berry, Pink FRYDAY, and Tiano’s Wine Bar and Deli also planning to open soon at ONE DAYTONA
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 28, 2026) — ONE DAYTONA announced today that F&D Cantina, a popular Orlando-based restaurant concept, will be the newest tenant to join the lifestyle and entertainment destination located across from Daytona International Speedway. The vibrant cantina will take over the former Rock Bottom space, bringing bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and a high-energy dining experience to the heart of Daytona Beach.

F&D Cantina will offer a standard dining area and patio, two dining areas for groups, a speakeasy tequila bar and a rooftop bar. The arrival of F&D Cantina underscores ONE DAYTONA’s continued momentum as a mixed-use destination and a strategic launch point for local, regional and national brands.

Recently, ONE DAYTONA also announced several other openings, including Grain & Berry’s first location in Volusia County. A superfood cafe known for its açai bowls, smoothies, flatbreads, and wholesome fare, Grain & Berry is expected to open during the spring.
A beloved favorite at ONE DAYTONA, Tianos’ Cucina Italiana is opening a new concept next door that will offer wine, hot and cold sandwiches, homemade breads, Italian market goods, specialty meats and cheeses, as well as prepared dishes to go. Tiano’s Wine Bar and Deli grand opening will be taking place before the spring.
Pink FRYDAY will also join the lifestyle and entertainment destination. The restaurant will offer Korean fried chicken, mochi and other items to create an innovative menu, lively atmosphere, and a one-of-a-kind dining experience. They’re expected to open late summer.
F&D Cantina is led by Charly Robinson, a veteran hospitality executive with decades of experience in the restaurant industry along with his business partners Tim Barber, COO and Glorian Leach, CFO. The team has successfully grown F&D Restaurant Concepts into a diverse portfolio of dining experiences, including F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse, F&D Cantina, Uno Mas Cantina, and F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen, serving guests in Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Park, Longwood, and Orlando. The group also operates two virtual brands—Mother Clucker’s Chronic Fried Chicken & Burgers and Motor City Detroit Style Pizza—further showcasing its innovation and adaptability in a competitive market.
F&D Cantina is expected to open in the fall of 2026.
