Daytona Beach, Fl., Oct. 29, 2019 – ONE DAYTONA announced today that Burntwood Tavern, an Ohio-based restaurant group with 13 locations including three in Florida, will open at ONE DAYTONA in 2020. Whim Wham Art Studio will also open a second location in early November in Victory Circle. Burntwood Tavern’s approximately 5,200 square foot location will be located directly beneath The DAYTONA hotel, an AAA Four-Diamond Autograph Collection property, overlooking the splash fountain and entertainment epicenter at Victory Circle.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing Burntwood Tavern to ONE DAYTONA and guests in the Daytona Beach area. The community has a terrific synergy, and we feel Burntwood Tavern will be a nice complement adding balance to a dynamic collection of restaurants, shops and entertainment,” said Bret Adams, founder of Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group.
Adams said that Burntwood Tavern will integrate itself in the local community and support its local schools, organizations, as well as police and firefighters in the Daytona Beach area. “It’s important that Burntwood Tavern be a good neighbor and give back to any area in which we call home.”
Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group, Burntwood Tavern’s parent company, adds the ONE DAYTONA location to its Florida portfolio that includes Naples, Orlando and Fort Myers. The group’s Florida expansion follows the brands overall strategic development plans.
Burntwood Tavern will offer indoor/outdoor patio seating with centuries-old barn wood and rustic fixtures that are staples of its décor. The menu offers a mix of classic tavern and modern-American cuisine including a full bar featuring craft beers, signature cocktails with its own house-infused vodkas along with a BWT Signature IPA draft.
“This says a lot about the Daytona Beach market to have Burntwood opening its fourth Florida store here,” stated Roxanne Ribakoff, President, ONE DAYTONA. “Burntwood Tavern also reinforces our first-to-market strategy introducing Daytona Beach area residents and visitors to best-in-class brands.”
Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, menu favorites include Harvest Chicken Salad, Cedar Salmon, Tavern Steak and Frites, and the Burntwood Burger as well as the Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar on Saturdays and Sundays. Happy Hours are offered 3pm-6pm and 9pm-close, 7 days a week. For more information visit https://www.burntwoodtavern.com.
